To download a spreadsheet of your messages, you can log in to the My Alltel portal and follow these steps:

  • In the dashboard, go to "Reports"
  • Select "Live Answering Call Log" 
  • Click on "Messages"
  • Filter the range of dates you wish to see and wait for it to load.
  • Once you have the desired range of messages, click "Export to CSV" (it will be converted into an excel file)
